Do All Lives Really Matter?

All Lives Matter! Right? Hmmmm, not so fast. I have been following the social media posts and happen to tally additional posts by the same people that claim "All Lives Matter." I noticed a peculiar pattern. It would seem that people who post All Lives Matter have very strong opinions that are quite the opposite.
For example, many people that claim All Lives Matter are against Gay Marriage. Kind of seems odd that we would discriminate against the right to marry. They also support the Republican National Committee Platform rejecting gay marriage. Some of the people posting All Lives Matter have a peculiar pattern of restricting the rights of individuals to live freely. So the question is, do All Lives Truly matter, or just those that seem similar to our own moral judgments and character.

Here is another question for those who post All Lives Matter. If you reject religious freedom, how do we justify that All Lives Matter? It would seem some Conservative Christians posting All Lives Matter would prefer to keep this mantra for those who accept Jesus Christ in their lives. For the rest, well you can spend an eternity in hell based on your personal choice to worship, or not worship as one feels is morally correct for themselves.

Some people would like to control how we go to the bathroom in the All Lives Matter movement. The posts are quite hurtful, and demeaning. Again, Do All Lives Matter?

The idea of Immigration, both legal and illegal seem to bother a lot of All Lives Matter folks. Especially those who are unemployed or generally unhappy with their life. . It seems strange that a country with strong roots to immigration is intolerant to immigration. Again, for those that believe in turning a blind eye to refugees and immigration, do All Lives Matter?

It is disingenuous to post or support All Lives Matter, when we restrict the rights of individuals to live free of discrimination and policies that restrict the rights of Individuals. Maybe it is time to reexamine the hurtfulness of All Lives Matter, and allow the Black Lives Matter movement to have their context to the phrase, without white people feeling they need to have a moral equivalent.

You have your fact all wrong All lives Mater means to stay alive (not deceased). Everyone has a right to there beliefs it has nothing to do with special treatment for any person or group. That is what makes the country special.

I think you missed the point. Too often people use phrases like "All Lives Matter" to justify their own prejudices and bias.

Your premise is crazy, I agree with Mikes comment Everyone has a right to there beliefs it has nothing to do with special treatment for any person or group. That is what makes the country special and great.

Why is it then, after every gain in civil rights we here a similar call from the Right. For example, when Marriage Equality became a reality, the Right came back with the phrase, "traditional marriage values?" Its the same old pattern. Same with All Lives Matter. It was in response to Black Lives Matter. IT was never a phrase prior to BLM
